Another Ponder

Coincidence or Something Else?

Do you believe in “something else”?   That premonition when you think of somebody out of the blue and then they show up or call you, somehow pop into your life.  Or you come across something that becomes a focus in your life.

Things like that.

I use to have those experiences all the time,  I would be sitting there, with no care to the world and start thinking of a person,…

Something you don't come across everyday...

I was going through a bunch of photographers work on flickr that I am subscribed to and I had this picture in my feed!

It has to be a sign.

Unfortunately, my idol is packed away and I won't be reunited with the little brick until the end of September.

Seriously, it's a sign people.…

Hydrangea Happiness and Hello's

For those that don't get to see my PAD (picture a day) I do on Facebook, I thought I would share my mother's Hydrangeas that are in full bloom right now.  Not trying to do one of those drive by shooting things.  Hope all is well with everyone. I took a new position with a Naval base.  Been working ten hour shifts and some classes, plus Guard reserves part time, so I really don't even have time for me.  I do however, still have time for photography! :D …

Picture a Day

I am currently doing a picture a day challenge, where you take a picture everyday for the entire year.  I have been posting my pictures in a group on FB.  Some of them I have shared on flickr, but don't have them titled as PAD.

Took this while I was at the nature science park today,  I was very please with how it came out and wanted to share.

Hope you enjoy it.…

How to fix Vimeo Icons for your Embeds

Amy had asked, but it looked as if she figured it out, how do you get your video to show up.

Just in case others are not aware.  You must use the new embed code to get your video image to show up when embedding.

you will see the option up top when you click on the embed setting , it will give you the option to have ether old embed code or new, select new.

In some ways, lawmakers' finances look a lot like those of many Americans. They include diverse portfolios of stocks, bonds, mutual funds and real estate. They have bank accounts, credit cards and mortgages. The difference: Politicians generally have more money and — unlike most people they represent — they must make their investments public.…
